Wholesale Customers:

Retail Customers: 

All you need to do is register your details and you are ready to shop and enjoy the many Customer Club Benefits and Freebies.

Once you are registered you will have access to order off our website and the pricing that will appear will be your buying price which will include GST.

Postage and Handling will be applies to all orders. 

All orders must be paid in full before they are sent.

Order requirements:

There is no minimum order amounts required.

Customer Benefits:

Order Bonus Points:  All orders will receive one point for each dollar, excluding shipping cost.  This is for both, Retail & Wholesale Customers.

Refer a Friend Points:  When you refer a friend to the site and they place an order you will receive 10 Bonus Points.

Please email the details through to me at the time of referral.

Bonus Points:  Once you reach 200 Points with orders and/or sales you will receive a $10.00 Gift Card.

We welcome Lay bys: 

Deposit requirements is 20% with 4 fortnightly payments. 

Once the final payment is made your items will be sent out.

Payment details:

Our payment methods are Pay Pal, Bank Deposit, Money Orders & Cash for pickups.

Damaged and missing items: must be reported within 2 working days after receiving your order, with full details.

Out-of-Stock items: 

You will be notified to when it will be due back in stock.

Back Orders: 

You will be advised when this occurs and asked if you would like a substitute, refund or sent when it comes back into stock.

Shipping Information:

All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post 

Postage Information:

Postage and handling cost are as follows: 

$6.00 for Orders under $15.00 

$10.50 for over $15.00.

This will be charged on all orders.

FREE POSTAGE:

You will receive a Free Postage Coupon with your 1st order that will offset the cost on all future orders.

This only applies to Australian Customers.

Registered Post:

Registered Post is available & payable by the customer.

International Orders are welcome and S&H will be:

$10.00 for Orders under $15.00 & $15.00 for over $15.00.

There will be a Free Gift sent out with every order.
